1 December - the plane ride

Those of you who have met here will never believe this...but Talia only cried once on the entire 9 1/2 hour plane ride from England to Seattle!! Both of the kids really enjoyed the flight. Tia Lois, on the otherhand, has been permanently cured of ever wanting children.

Max didn't sleep at all on the flight, although he passed out in the rental car before we even pulled out of the parking lot; Talia slept about 1.5 hours but was really a happy little one the entire time.

And now we are ready to begin our month-long Washington adventure...stay tuned!!

Our new headboard

We brought some tiles back from Spain on our last trip and had them built into a headboard, which arrived today. Thought you'd like to see it.

Xmas with the Homers and Walsgroves

We celebrated Christmas early this year at the Homer's new town of Harpenden. We had a great time catching up and it was a fun way to start off the holiday season.

YIPPEEE - Welcome DK Giove

We are SOOO excited to announce the birth of our first nephew.... Dalton Kurt Giove!!
After 19 hours of labour, our strong and beautiful sister delivered a healthy 7lb 15oz , 20 inch long little boy whom we are so excited to meet.
All of our love to all of them in Washington...we wish we were there!

5 November - Our Kids

I spent half a day at work today and missed the kids so much...I felt compelled to take pictures of them when Max got home from school. Talia had a fun morning with Sam and Jodie cleaning out the horse stable, giggling and cooing.
